Please choose carefully. As the products are personalised we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision or supply an insufficient quality image or make an error and upload the wrong image for canvas printing. Goods will be fully replaced when the goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised. Goods that are damaged in transit will also be fully replaced. Full refunds are available if your order has not yet been produced or shipped.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver products Worldwide wide using NZ Post/EMS International. All orders are delivered under a flat rate shipping cap of $19. Orders are generally manufactured and dispatched within 5 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 5-10 business days depending on your location. Our prints are produced in our quality workshops located throughout the World.
Customer Service Policy
We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 5-15 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

All of our prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD). Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers. If you find a cheaper advertised price somewhere else, email or phone us with the details of the supplier together with rices of the product required and we will endeavour to provide you with a more competitive price.
