Delivery

 

How much is delivery?

 

Delivery is $19.95 for all orders under $100

Delivery is FREE for all orders over $100

 

 

After I order my canvas print and upload my photo how long does it take to receive my print?

Depending on the volume of orders, prints are usually delivered from 1-3 weeks from the time your order is confirmed.

 

 

How much is shipping and do you ship internationally?

Shipping is completely free worldwide on orders over $100. If your order is below $100 a flat rate of $19.95 will be charged.

 

 

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

Yes all orders are delivered in Australia with Australia Post and can be delivered to PO boxes.

 

 

Images

 

My images are not in digital format, am I able to have these printed on canvas?

 

We recommend you take them to your local photo store (Kodak shop or similar) to have them scanned professionally and put onto CD or USB. From here you can upload or email them to us for canvas printing. When having them scanned it is also recommended you tell the operator the size which you are wishing to have them printed. 

 

 

Am I able to preview my canvas print before ordering?

 

We do not currently offer this service as all images and edited manually by our professional designers before printing. If you have any instructions regarding your images you may place these requirements into the "instructions" box at online checkout.

 

 

Do you offer a preview of cropped images?

 

By default we do not but if you require a preview of your images after they have been cropped to size you may request this in the "instructions" box at checkout.

 

 

I am unsure if my image can be printed and the size I want it?

 

If you have concerns about your image quality please email your images through to  support@canvasprinters.co.nz along with the size in which you would like to the print the images and our designers can confirm them for you before ordering.

 

 

I would like to see my image at size I would like it printed before ordering. Is this possible?

 

Yes this is certainly possible. Please email your image through along with the size to support@canvasprinters.co.nz  and your image preview will be created.

 

 

Canvas Frames

What is the frame thickness?

 

Our quality canvas prints are stretched onto frames with a depth of 3cm. If you have particular framing requirements please contact us.

 

 

Do your stretcher frames have a raised lip to prevent the canvas print pressing and denting?

 

Yes.

 

 

Are your wooden stretcher frames kiln dried?

 

Yes.

 

 Canvas Material & Coating

 

What kind of canvas material do you print with and do you offer alternatives?

 

We print on a semi-gloss 80% cotton 20% poly canvas material of 300GSM. Alternatives are available by request. Please email us. 

 

Do you use a protective coating?

 

Yes all canvas prints have a protective coating applied with protects against UV, water and dust damage.

 

 

Canvas Wrapping

 

Which canvas wrapping options do you offer for the canvas to be wrapped around the wooden frame?

We offer 3 main options here. Mirror gallery wrapping (default), Fuill image gallery wrapping and colour wrapping. For more information on these please visit our Printing Options section.

 

Canvas Printing

 

 What kind of printer and inks do you use?

 

All prints are produced on high quality Epson printers with genuine Epson inks.

 

 

Which colour space/process do you use?

 

RGB

 

Image Uploading

 

I’m having problems attaching/uploading images to my order. What can I do?

 

Just place your order without any images attached and then email them through. If they are very large files just email them over multiple emials or send to support@canvasprinters.co.nz  using the cutesendit.com  large file sending service.

 

 

What file types do you accept?

 

We can accept just about any file type that can be opened in Adobe Photoshop.

 

 

Payments

 

What payment methods do you accept and are they secure?

 

We accept major credit cards through eWay. We can also accept Paypal, money orders, bank deposits and cheques. All online payments are processed through a secure server using the latest encryption technology.
